Things I learned when making this cupcake:
1.) I love my blow torch. Here is an old video of me using the torch on some Creme Brûlée cupcakes.
2.) Caramelized banana slices do not keep very well.
3.) Banana extract is not easy to find. After checking out MULTIPLE grocery/craft stores I ended up ordering some from Amazon.

I took the pictures the day after I made them so you really can’t see the caramelized crunchy banana as it was when it was fresh 🙁 But they were still delicious!
